Context
Intechniek wanted to work faster and more consistently in a tight labor market. Recruiters and account managers received large volumes of candidate information through CVs, intake forms, notes and separate documents. That information had to be read manually, interpreted and rewritten into usable candidate profiles. This took a lot of time and created differences in quality, structure and completeness. Together with Intechniek, Score Agency developed an AI portal that automates a large part of this process. Using local AI, candidate data, CVs and additional input are processed safely within a controlled environment. The platform automatically turns unstructured information into clear, consistent and ready-to-use profiles. This allows Intechniek to move faster toward both clients and candidates. Recruiters save time for personal contact and assessment, while the organization benefits from more structure, better searchability and a scalable process.
