A focused AI application starts from 15,000 euros for a production-ready setup. Larger programmes with multiple use cases range between 40,000 and 150,000 euros. We often start with a short discovery of 1 to 2 weeks to pin down scope and costs.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose per project. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and open-source models such as Llama or Mistral. For privacy-sensitive data we use EU-hosted or self-hosted models. We advise what fits your use case and budget.

Does my data remain mine?

Always. We host within the EU wherever possible and use models that don't use your data for training. For sensitive applications, models run on your own infrastructure. You get the code and architecture under your own control.

How do you measure whether AI works?

We define KPIs up front: time savings, resolution rate, cost savings, customer satisfaction. After launch we monitor live in dashboards. If something doesn't work, we stop or adjust. No project for the project's sake.
