Context

FitView needed one platform to manage everything around preventive medical checks. Not just questionnaires, but also planning, health checks, reporting and user management. Previously this process relied on separate tools and manual work, which caused delays and inconsistency. The new platform had to support multiple organizations and roles at the same time. Score Agency built FitView from scratch in just three months. A scalable platform that connects the entire process: from invitation to personal report.

Our approach

We built FitView as a modular platform with a clear role-based structure. The system connects scheduling, questionnaires and health checks into one workflow. Employees book appointments, receive questionnaires and complete health checks. Data is processed instantly into reports. The flexible questionnaire engine supports scoring, categories and advice generation, making it easy to configure different research types. By using a smart architecture and reusable components we delivered speed without sacrificing quality.
